 Deadline: The application will close at 11:59 pm ET on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Applications and recommendation letters must be submitted before the deadline to be considered.
Eligibility: Applicants must be an initiated, graduate member or undergraduate planning to attend graduate school in Fall 2020 in good standing with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or above. If you are a senior that plans to graduate in December 2020, please apply for the undergraduate scholarship.
Review: All applications are reviewed by Delta Sigma Phi alumni through a blind process. The Selection Committee will provide feedback to Foundation staff to rank scores.

Welcome! We are grateful for your interest in attending the 2020 Delta Sigma Phi Leadership Institute (LI). LI will take place July 17-21 in Indiana. This application consists of the following sections:

  2. Academic Performance (transcript required)
  3. Leadership Involvement
  4. Personal Essay (video or written)
  5. Reference Contact Information (1 letter required)

  

  • Deadline: This application process will close at 11:59pm ET on FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020. Applications and/or reference letters received after this date will not be accepted.
  • Eligibility: To be considered, applicants be undergraduate members in good standing of active chapters; must have completed AT LEAST 2 YEARS of on-campus undergraduate work by the time of the program; and, must have AT LEAST ONE TERM of undergraduate work remaining after the program
  • Pyramid Program: According to the "Culture" section, each chapter must have two (2) members submit complete applications for the Leadership Institute (LI) by the stated deadline in order to receive Pyramid Program credit. Attending the program is not required to receive that credit. 
  • Review: All applications are reviewed by Delta Sig alumni through a blind process. These reviewers provide feedback to Fraternity staff for participant selection.


WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LI: 

  • All program costs (travel, meals, lodging and program supplies) are covered for selected participants by Delta Sig. 
  • Students can only attend LI once.
  • Selected participants must remain on-site for the duration of the program; late arrivals and early departures are not allowed.
  • Like all Delta Sig educational programs, LI is a substance-free experience, with no exceptions.
